ALL RETURNS NEED TO BE AUTHORISED BY US. ANY RETURNS THAT WE RECEIVE IN THE POST THAT HAVEN’T BEEN AUTHORISED FIRST WILL BE POSTED BACK TO YOU. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST – Many thanks

KiDSnav is committed to making your shopping experience a success.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within one month of your purchase date to arrange a refund. Please note, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We are not liable for lost deliveries, so please use a recorded delivery service, like Royal Mail . We are unable to accept returns after this one month has passed.

Please kindly note: If the watch is returned to us in poor condition,  a refund will not be issued and your watch will be shipped back to you. We can only accept returns that are in, ‘as new’ condition.  If a watch is returned and is not in ‘as new’ condition, we will either ship the watch back to you, or offer you a reduced refund. Refunds can take up to one month to process.

We can only refund the bank account / PayPal account from which the purchase was made from.

We are unable to provide refunds for sim card credit. We supply sim cards for free, as we are kindly supplied sim cards for free from the o2 network. Although we advise for these sim cards to be used (as they are on a 2g network), it is not compulsory.

 

Warranty.

Kidsnav offer a 6 (six) month warranty on the watch battery only (if the watch fails to turn on). If there is a fault with your battery within 6 months of purchase date, we will either fix the watch, or offer you a replacement (in both cases, the watch will need to be returned to us first). After inspection, if a fault with the battery is detected, Kidsnav will offer a reimbursement to the customer for return postage. After this 6 month period has passed, the watch is no longer under warranty. We follow EU electrical guidelines closely.

Please kindly note that our warranty does not cover, and we will not replace watches for the following:

Broken watch straps *

Lost screws *

Lost loopers *

Water damage

General wear and tear

Broken charger/sim card cover

Cracked watch screen (please note that we are unable to repair/replace cracked screens)

Sim card jammed due to incorrect insertion in accordance with set up instructions provided
