If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within one month of your purchase date to arrange a refund. Please note, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We are not liable for lost deliveries, so please use a recorded delivery service, like Royal Mail . We are unable to accept returns after this one month has passed (unless the watch is faulty – please refer below)
Please kindly note: If the watch is returned to us in poor condition, a refund will not be issued and your watch will be shipped back to you. We can only accept returns that are in, ‘as new’ condition. If a watch is returned and is not in ‘as new’ condition, we will either ship the watch back to you, or offer you a reduced refund. Refunds can take up to one month to process.
We can only refund the bank account / PayPal account from which the purchase was made from.
Kidsnav watches are not sourced from a supplier; Kidsnav watches are sourced (and shipped) direct from our manufacturer. Before being shipped, the watches are checked and put through an intense testing process. Our manufacturer photographs each watch before it is shipped. We take quality control very seriously.
Kidsnav offer a 3 month warranty on the watch battery only. If there is a fault with your battery within 3 months of purchase date, we will either fix the watch, or offer you a replacement (in both cases, the watch will need to be returned to us first). After inspection, if a fault with the battery is detected, Kidsnav will offer a reimbursement to the customer for return postage. After this 3 month period has passed, the watch is no longer under warranty.
Please kindly note that our warranty does not cover, and we will not replace watches for the following:
Broken watch straps *
Lost screws *
Lost loopers *
General wear and tear
Broken charger cover
Cracked watch screen
