KiDSnav Setup Guide
Please follow our setup instructions
1, Charge your KiDSnav watch using the cable provided. Please charge the watch via a USB wall plug (and not via a laptop etc)
– Please use a >5V 2A adaper<
– Please do not charge the watch overnight
– Please do not leave the watch charging unattended
2, Please click on the ‘1pmobile’ image below to register your sim card. The phone number and PUK code is on the sim card pack.
IMPORTANT: You MUST register the sim card but you DO NOT have to add credit straight away. We STRONGLY ADVISE that you don’t add credit to the sim card straight away. All sim cards are provided with £1 credit on them so you can test the sim card before commiting to add credit.
TOP TIP: You can check the balance on the sim card by calling 150 from the PHONE section of the watch
(If you have lost your PUK code, please >>email us<< with the sim card phone number, and we’ll provide it for you)
3, Once the watch is fully charged, and credit has been applied to the sim card, please break off the NANO SIM from the sim card pack (the smallest size sim card)
4, Please insert the nano sim card into the watch by placing the sim card correctly on the sim card tray holder.
The watch module/face needs to be removed from the strap casing to be able to insert the sim card.

5, Please now turn on the watch by holding down the power button. It will take a few moments for the watch to recognise the sim card.
BELOW IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF SETTING UP
Please swipe down on the watch face once the watch has been switched on. You should see ‘4G’ text and signal bars (as shown in the image below). It may take some time before you see the 4G text (or you may need to go outside to receive better signal), but the 4G is the strength of the data connection on the sim card. Without a strong data connection, the watch won’t be able to perform to its full capacity
6, Please now download the KiDSnav app by clicking the image below:
