A KiDSnav is a wrist watch worn by your child. It requires a sim card with credit to work (we provide a sim card with every watch). The watch
will have its own unique phone number (like a normal mobile phone). You are able to phone your child and visa versa. Our watches will also show the GPS coordinates for your child, so you’ll always know of their whereabouts. You’re also able to send text messages to the watch, as well as voice messages and many other features! -
There is no difference between the 8 watches, only the straps. The watches all have exactly the same features.

I’m very sorry, but we’re unable to offer discounts. The price of our watches include VAT, postage and packaging and even £1 free credit on the sim card that we provide.

We do not ship outside of the UK at this time.

The watches will work outside of the UK with the sim card that we have provided (ideal for holidays) but will not work permanently in another country (due to the UK sim card). This means that someone from the UK wouldn’t be able to buy a watch as gift for someone who is a resident in Denmark (for example)

Yes! Our watches are supplied with a 1 month returns period. If the watch isn’t for you, that’s no problem at all. You just need to return the watch within 1 month of purchase date and we’ll fully refund you. More info >here<

We have a no quibble 1 month returns policy. You are welcome to purchase a watch, test the watch and if it’s not for you, you’re welcome to return the watch to us for a full refund. No questions asked.
We supply £1 free credit on our sim cards, which means you don’t have to top up the sim card and lose credit (should you want to return the watch).
We’re a UK based company. We’re based in Kent, our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kent and we use Royal Mail for our deliveries. We’re an established business was incorporated in 2019. Our customer service team are also all UK based.
Our watches are the cheapest to run and we used the best network in the UK (EE).
