4G Signal Check


When you insert the sim card for the first time, please perform a signal check. You do this by swiping down on the watch face. You should see ‘4G’ text and signal bars, as shown above.

 

If you see anything other than ‘4G’, for example, an ‘E’ symbol. You may need another sim card (due to a low connection on the sim). When the sim has a low internet signal, the watch won’t be able to work to the best of its ability and may struggle to show an accurate location. Please contact us if this is the case…

If you don’t see signal bars and see an empty sidewards triangle, this means the watch has recognised the sim, but there is a network issue or there is no/low signal in your area. We would advise to take the watch out for a walk. Sometimes this can be due to a network mast being down. Please kindly test the sim card in your own mobile phone. If the problem remains, please try a non EE sim card in the watch to test. If you still have no luck seeing signal bars, please contact us.
