Please kindly note that we offer a 1 year warranty and 1 year email support for our watches.
The warranty and support start from your purchase date.
We are unable to provide support for watches that are past the 1 year date from which they were purchased, however, please see questions and answers below and we’re confident you will find the answer to your question.
I’m afraid we are unable to offer any support for watches bought from third party websites (like eBay).

If you call 150 (from the PHONE section of the watch) and it asks to contact customer service, this means the sim card has been disconnected due to not being topped up within the network’s time frame. Please log into your 1pmobile account and contact the network and they will reactivate your sim.

This is normally when the sim card hasn’t been topped up within the networks timeframe and the phone line has been disconnected. To keep
the phone line active, the sim card needs to be topped up at least >once every 3 months<You would need to log into your 1pmobile account, add credit and then message them direct and they will re connect your phone number. -
Please check that the 4 pins on the charging cable are connecting to the 4 pins on the back of the watch. The watch won’t charge unless all 4 are connected to eachother.
Try using a different USB charging port and different cable if you have one.
To avoid any battery issues, please ensure the watch is switched off after use and for the battery not to be left to run flat.

If you would like to give your watch to someone else, you need to unbind the watch from your app. You do this by opening the app, click on me>device list>edit and delete.
A new sim card can be purchased directly from the network via the link below:

I’m very sorry but we’re only able to offer support to customers that have bought directly from us.
We can’t offer support if you’re using a 2nd hand watch or didn’t buy direct from us.
