Our watches are unlocked, meaning they can use any sim card. You do not have to use the sim card provided with the watch should you wish to use your own sim/network.
We offer a no quibble 30 day returns period. If you decide that our watches do not suit your requirements, you are able to return the product for a full refund, no questions asked.
