The festive season is almost upon us! If you’re considering a Kidsnav watch as a gift, thank you very much 🙂 To avoid any confusion when purchasing for Christmas, please follow our guide below:
All orders place in NOVEMBER are classed as Christmas orders and we will give you an extra month should you wish to return the watch to us if it doesn’t suit. So to be clear, orders received in November and December can return their watches for a refund by the end of January 2021. If returning your watch, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for us to process your refund.
We know it’s not always possible, but we would advise to set the watch up before Christmas. Kidsnav is a small family run business and we close for a week over Christmas to spend time with our families. In the very rare event that there is a problem with a watch, this gives us time to fix the issue. We use a third party app (Find my Kids) and they offer support 24/7
We supply an o2 sim card with every order. These are the best sim cards to use in 2G watches (although you don’t have to use it). We strongly advise adding credit to the sim card before the festive period, as all network servers become overloaded.
