When you insert the sim card for the first time, please perform a signal check. You do this by swiping down on the watch face. You should see ‘4G’ text and signal bars, as shown above.
If you see anything other than ‘4G’, for example, an ‘E’ symbol. You may need another sim card (due to a low connection on the sim). When the sim has a low internet signal, the watch won’t be able to work to the best of its ability and may struggle to show an accurate location.
If you don’t see signal bars and see an empty sidewards triangle, this means the watch has recognised the sim, but there is a network issue. Please register the sim card and contact 1pmobile support chat and they will be able to resolve this. Please kindly note that Kidsnav are unable to assist with this, as we’re not the network.
