3, We don’t charge you for accessories. Your watch will be supplied with a strap and charging cable. Other brands will charge you for the watch, and straps and charging cables at an extra cost.
4, We’re based in the UK and we’re a family run business. Our customers are not just a number to us. We will try and respond to all emails within 24 hours.
5, We have six models of KiDSnav watches. We believe that we have a design for every child! Our watches are designed for kids aged 5+
6, There are no hidden costs. Our watches are priced at £76.95. This price includes shipping and VAT. You won’t find any extra fees at checkout
7, We deliver our orders within 2 to 3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked service, for extra peace of mind.
8, We offer a 30 days returns period. Should you feel that a Kidsnav watch doesn’t suit your requirements, you can return the watch to us within 30 days of purchase for a full, no quibble refund.
