Tip 1: Don’t register an account with o2. If an account is registered, o2 will want to send a text message to the watch, but the watch is unable to receive this. Please top up as a ‘guest’ (see below)
Tip 2: When you’ve downloaded our app and the watch is connected to it, add the phone number 2202 to the phone book. This way, you can call this number from the watch and it will read out the balance of the sim card! (applied to the o2 ‘classic’ tariff only)
